- Fino sherry15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Add dried clove, aged rum, pastis, fresh lime juice, fino sherry, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
