Ingredients
- White overproof rum45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- pinch Freshly grated nutmeg1
Method
- Add white overproof rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with pinch freshly grated nutmeg
