Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Peated malt whisky15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Daiquiri bitters4 drop
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), peated malt whisky, fresh lime juice, honey and water syrup, and daiquiri bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
