Ingredients
- White overproof rum30 ml
- Fino sherry30 ml
- Falernum liqueur15 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Cream of coconut10 ml
Method
- Add white overproof rum, fino sherry, falernum liqueur, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
