Ingredients

- Underberg20 ml
- Akvavit / Aquavit22.5 ml
- Cachaça (unaged)22.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
Method
- Add fresh raspberries, underberg, akvavit / aquavit, cachaça (unaged), pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
