Ingredients
- Mezcal30 ml
- White overproof rum15 ml
- Falernum liqueur15 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
- Margarita Bitters3 drop
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Dry-shake mezcal, white overproof rum, falernum liqueur, maraschino liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), margarita bitters, and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
