Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)22.5 ml
- Ginger liqueur7.5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), amaro (e.g. montenegro), ginger liqueur, orange bitters, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
