Ingredients
- White Rum45 ml
- Coffee liqueur45 ml
- scoop Vanilla ice cream2
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add white rum, coffee liqueur, scoop vanilla ice cream, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into rocks glass
