Ingredients
- Prosecco3 oz
- Elderflower Syrup0.75 oz
- Soda Water2 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.25 oz
- Fresh Mint6 leaves
- Mint Sprig1 piece
- Lime Wheel1 piece
Method
- Place mint in wine glass and gently slap
- Fill with ice
- Add elderflower syrup and lime
- Top with Prosecco and soda water
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel
Pro Tips
- The northern Italian alternative to Aperol Spritz — elderflower + mint + Prosecco.
- St-Germain is gold standard; supermarket elderflower cordial (IKEA!) works too.
- Fresh mint muddled gently; bruise don't pulverize.
