Ingredients

  • Prosecco3 oz
  • Elderflower Syrup0.75 oz
  • Soda Water2 oz
  • Fresh Lime Juice0.25 oz
  • Fresh Mint6 leaves
  • Mint Sprig1 piece
  • Lime Wheel1 piece

Method

  1. Place mint in wine glass and gently slap
  2. Fill with ice
  3. Add elderflower syrup and lime
  4. Top with Prosecco and soda water
  5. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel

Pro Tips

  • The northern Italian alternative to Aperol Spritz — elderflower + mint + Prosecco.
  • St-Germain is gold standard; supermarket elderflower cordial (IKEA!) works too.
  • Fresh mint muddled gently; bruise don't pulverize.
