Ingredients

  • Gin1 oz
  • Cranberry-Sage Syrup0.75 oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice0.25 oz
  • Prosecco3 oz
  • Fresh Sage Sprig1 piece
  • Sugared Cranberries3 pieces

Method

  1. Add gin, cranberry-sage syrup, and lemon juice to shaker with ice
  2. Shake and strain into large wine glass with ice
  3. Top with Prosecco
  4. Garnish with fresh sage sprig and sugared cranberries

Pro Tips

  • Muddle fresh sage leaves into the syrup while it's warm — stronger infusion than dry-shake.
  • A top-shelf dry Prosecco (Adami, Nino Franco) keeps the drink from tipping sweet.
  • Frozen sugared cranberries (freezer overnight) act as both garnish and a slow-release chill.
