Ingredients
- Gin1 oz
- Cranberry-Sage Syrup0.75 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice0.25 oz
- Prosecco3 oz
- Fresh Sage Sprig1 piece
- Sugared Cranberries3 pieces
Method
- Add gin, cranberry-sage syrup, and lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake and strain into large wine glass with ice
- Top with Prosecco
- Garnish with fresh sage sprig and sugared cranberries
Pro Tips
- Muddle fresh sage leaves into the syrup while it's warm — stronger infusion than dry-shake.
- A top-shelf dry Prosecco (Adami, Nino Franco) keeps the drink from tipping sweet.
- Frozen sugared cranberries (freezer overnight) act as both garnish and a slow-release chill.
