Aperol Spritz Pitcher
Sparkling · Pitcher

Ingredients
- Aperol12 oz
- Prosecco12 oz
- Soda Water4 oz
- Orange Slices6 pieces
- Ice Cubes4 cups
Method
- In large pitcher, fill halfway with ice
- Add Aperol, Prosecco, and soda in 3:3:1 ratio
- Add orange slices, stir gently to integrate without losing fizz
- Pour into large wine glasses at service
- Garnish each with fresh orange slice; yields 6 servings
Pro Tips
- The classic ratio is 3-2-1: three parts Prosecco, two Aperol, one soda. Veneto bartenders are adamant.
- Fill the glass with ice first; pour Aperol before Prosecco to get the gradient.
- Fat orange slices, not wedges — they float and release oil as the drink breathes.
