Ingredients
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add aged rum, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, grenadine syrup, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
