Ingredients
- Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)45 ml
- Honey3 barspoon
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Water60 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.), honey, fresh lime juice, water, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
