Ingredients
- White Rum45 ml
- Grapefruit Juice10 ml
- Grenadine syrup5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake white rum, grapefruit juice, grenadine syrup, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
