Ingredients
- Pomegranate juice45 ml
- White Rum45 ml
- Sake22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add pomegranate juice, white rum, sake, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
