Ingredients
- Aged Jamaican rum45 ml
- Sorrel liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Brown sugar syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add aged jamaican rum, sorrel liqueur, fresh lime juice, and brown sugar syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
