Ingredients
- Aged Rum40 ml
- White Rum20 ml
- Falernum liqueur20 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add aged rum, white rum, falernum liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
