Ingredients

- Aged Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Apple juice22.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add aged rum, fresh lime juice, apple juice, and honey and water syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
