Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Grapefruit Juice15 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice10 ml
- Honey and water syrup20 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, fresh orange juice, and honey and water syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
