Ingredients
- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Aged rum (6-10yr)30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rose sugar syrup7.5 ml
- Lavender sugar syrup5 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, aged rum (6-10yr), fresh lemon juice, rose sugar syrup, and lavender sugar syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
