Ingredients
- red chili pepper1 slice
- Fresh ginger1 slice
- White Rum60 ml
- Honey herbal liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Honey sugar syrup2 barspoon
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake red chili pepper, fresh ginger, white rum, honey herbal liqueur, fresh lime juice, honey sugar syrup, orange bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
