Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Green melon liqueur30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake aged rum (6-10yr), pineapple juice, green melon liqueur, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
