- White Rum60 ml
- Apple juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake fresh passion fruit, white rum, apple juice, rich simple syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
