- fresh Mint leaves12
- Blended light 3-5yo rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water90 ml
Method
- Add blended light 3-5yo rum, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into collins glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
