Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)37.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Tawny port30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- fresh Egg (white and yolk)1
Method
- Dry-shake aged rum (6-10yr), pineapple juice, tawny port, rich simple syrup, and fresh egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
