Ingredients
- Fresh ginger3 slice
- fresh Mint leaves12
- White Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Ginger ale90 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh ginger, white rum, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with ginger ale
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
