- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml

Method
- Add aged rum, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
