Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Honey herbal liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), honey herbal liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with top up with soda water
