Ingredients
- Sake75 ml
- Orange Liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add sake, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, saline solution 4:1, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
