Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)40 ml
- Aged Rum15 ml
- Apricot jam/preserve1 barspoon
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), aged rum, apricot jam/preserve, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
