Ingredients

- Aged Rum60 ml
- Apple juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
Method
- Add dried clove, aged rum, apple juice, fresh lime juice, and honey and water syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
