Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Apricot liqueur22.5 ml
- Hazelnut liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Grenadine syrup5 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake aged rum (6-10yr), apricot liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, grenadine syrup, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled collins glass
