Ingredients
- White Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Grenadine syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Dry-shake white rum, fresh lime juice, grenadine syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
