Ingredients

- Amaro (e.g. Nardini)30 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Pineapple Juice15 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), amaro (e.g. nardini), fresh orange juice, and pineapple juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
