Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Falernum liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Cream of coconut25 ml
- Coconut syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), falernum liqueur, fresh lemon juice, cream of coconut, coconut syrup, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
