- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Charcoal powder1 barspoon
Method
- Dry-shake fresh blackberries, spiced rum, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and charcoal powder in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
