Ingredients
- Aged Rum45 ml
- Orange Curaçao5 ml
- Crème de noyau5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake aged rum, orange curaçao, crème de noyau, rich simple syrup, absinthe, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
