Ingredients
- Aged Rum45 ml
- Espresso coffee (hot)30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add aged rum, espresso coffee (hot), rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
