Ingredients
- White Rum50 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Apricot liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Orgeat syrup5 ml
- Roasted coffee beans15 whole
Method
- Add white rum, pineapple juice, apricot liqueur, fresh lime juice, orgeat syrup, and roasted coffee beans to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
