Ingredients
- Aged Rum35 ml
- Pineapple Juice35 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Ruby port15 ml
Method
- Add aged rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and ruby port to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
