- White Rum60 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add white rum, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
