- Coconut water45 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
- Chocolate bitters4 drop
Method
- Add white rum, coconut water, pedro ximénez sherry, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and chocolate bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
