Ingredients
- Aged Rum50 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro10 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Cream of coconut15 ml
Method
- Add aged rum, cynar/carciofo amaro, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and cream of coconut to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
