Ingredients
- 55ml Cacao spiced rum
- Rosso/sweet vermouth12.5 ml
- Brown/dark cacao liqueur10 ml
- pinch Salt1
- Citric acid (10%) solution5 drop
Method
- Add 55ml cacao spiced rum, rosso/sweet vermouth, brown/dark cacao liqueur, and citric acid (10%) solution to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with pinch salt
