El Momento Perfecto

Ingredients

• White Rum45 ml
• Aromatized wine20 ml
• Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh20 ml
• Red bitter liqueur10 ml
• Orange marmalade1 barspoon

Method

1. Add white rum, aromatized wine, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, red bitter liqueur, and orange marmalade to mixing glass with ice
2. Stir until well chilled
3. Strain into chilled rocks glass
