Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Aged rum (6-10yr)10 ml
- Orange Curaçao10 ml
- Pineapple Juice7.5 ml
- Pineapple syrup2.5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), aged rum (6-10yr), orange curaçao, pineapple juice, pineapple syrup, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
