Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Amontillado sherry15 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), amontillado sherry, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
