Ingredients
- OP high ester aged pot still rum45 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Meletti)15 ml
- Falernum liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Maple syrup15 ml
Method
- Add op high ester aged pot still rum, amaro (e.g. meletti), falernum liqueur, fresh lime juice, and maple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
