Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Aged rum (6-10yr)15 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth30 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), aged rum (6-10yr), rosso/sweet vermouth, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
