- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh60 ml
- Fino sherry30 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, and fino sherry to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
